Returns: If you are unsatisfied in any way with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition with all tags attached for a full refund of the product price, plus a 10% restocking fee.
Return Information
Please contact us at (info@mtbaker.com or call 888-466-7392) before sending back your order. We will need your name and order number to give you a return authorization. We can only credit the original credit card used for the purchase and we will only refund the original shipping costs if the return is a result of our shipping error. Depending on the condition, returns received after the 30 day period may or may not be accepted.

Please keep a copy of your completed form for your records and ship your package to us via a carrier who offers package tracking technology such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Please do not send COD. We will issue a refund to your credit card upon receipt of the returned goods.
